My Perspectives on different Realities (Virtual, Augmented and Perceived )

Virtual reality getting very popular day by day. It comes with the set of things a user can wear to enhance his experiences. Basically it surfaces our senses to able to use them in virtual world. But first thing first what is virtual reality and how it is different from the reality we perceive in real world (Or at least the world know to us as of now). According to what i understand about this technology i think its a tunnel, medium or path for us to transcend from one reality to another , more specifically from our reality to some other reality created by us often referred to as virtual world or virtual reality. And we unfortunately didn't stop here, we also came up with Augmented reality shorten as 'AR' which is pretty discriminative in nature than 'VR'. However it is also virtual at some degree but before i get myself involved in explaining flaws and extremities this technology provide us. Let's now understand what is AR. AR is augmented reality, it helps use

What is Philosophy and Why one should go about learning it?

What is Philosophy?

Philosophy is a study of ideas, beliefs and about reason, knowledge, value etc. Philosophy mostly emphasis on Reasoning. Philosophy is basis of all human development implicitly or explicitly. Everyone should study philosophy because it will open up various new dimensions to your thinking and eventually to your life. As it is mostly related to ability to think, comprehend and conclude it doesn't require any pre-requisites. And one more thing that is important to understand is philosophy is different from Science. The science deals with quantifiable and measurable things. Science only believes the things, principles or laws that can be proved and tested universally. Science often represents objectivity. On other hand philosophy doesn't has to be subjective or objective as such in particular. Philosophy is basically you thinking your life and about the questions you feel curious about. We already been using our own philosophies to cope with our life but because we were unaware we often think it as different. Then why one should study philosophy if they can have their own.

Why to Learn Philosophy?

If our philosophies of life are so much convenient and applicable then we must not have any problems, questions, queries, etc in Life but we do have those that's why learning about most prestigious philosophers will help us form a basic foundation.

Let's understand this with an example let say you want to buy a smartphone and you have our own ideas about the specifications that it must have. Your go to the shop and buy it. After few days your friend also bought a smartphone at the same price with extra features and you naturally asked him/her how did you get that smartphone by paying the same amount as mine with extra features. He replied - Before buying one i research bunch of other companies offering their smartphone and compare all according to price, features, looks, etc. That way i was able to pick the most suitable one with all the things i needed.

From this above example we can see that the one who stick to his ideas without assessing them or without comparing them with the rest has disadvantages over the one who keep his ideas with himself in addition also strive to know others ideas to finally reach to a conclusion at the end.

Life is always like this, get glimpse of everything is there to experience and pick the one's that seems best for you.

Solipsism (Part-2 of 2) - Solipism simple Examplification

Part 2 of Solipsism      The philosophy of solipsism is given by French philosopher Rene Descartes. He has quoted a very famous quote - "I think therefore, I am" meaning, if there are thoughts and questions then there must be someone thinking or asking them which in turn confirms the existence of thinker. And apart from that everything else live in illusionary space. The philosophical ideologies of Rene Descartes promotes the simulation Theory. (Don't worry if you don't have any clue of about simulation theory I will try explain the simulation theory in some other post.) For now lets move ahead...     One way to use solipsism by means of introspection that is to inspect your inner self. In addition Meditation can be used as tool to alleviate the aspects of introspection. But why to use meditation because it will help us to examine the state of mind and to know the fact that we don't have control over our thoughts. Lets prove it Don't think of a black car , i a

What is Solipsism in depth and in simpler possible explaination (Part-1 of 2) ?

Solipsism Demystified     Solipsism is a philosophical idea that claims only one's mind is sure to exist. As there is no way we can predict or speculate what goes on others mind which confirms the credibility of solipsism a little bit. Prior to, first try to understand that the brain is the integral organ of human body having physical existence i.e. present in the realm of physicality while mind has no such existence. Mind is something we can only feel by ourselves. There are no scientific ways to validate and verify the mind. Mind is where our thoughts emerges However in order to act upon those thought we require brain first because brain consists of billions of neurons which convert each and every thoughts pops from mind to electrochemical signal which are then transmit to various body parts and action is performed.     According to solipsism the only thing that we can ever be sure of is one's mind. Everything besides that are just created within mind even the very universe i

A beautiful story to understand Nihilism.

Nihilistic Story   (I will be posting a separate article on nihilism very soon but to get fundamental understanding of it i think the story i created will be helpful.) A boy with courage to sacrifice for answers -     A boy name Ram born into a middle class family and ready to face the world curiously with lot of interesting questions and open mindness. As he growing up with increasing curiosity and hunger to know everything he could ever possibly imagine. He starts finding solutions on his own with the help of internet, books and bunch of other resources. His hunger to know all and everything never satisfies with his attempts. In order to find out greatest mysteries of universe and their answers he t
